By this, he needs to catch as much fish as possible in order to sell for his own living and the ability to buy himself a high-quality rod. He also has a great determination that in the near future he will become the most skillful fisherman in the world. To reach the goal achievement, he has to consistently improve his fishing skills, even though it is a tough row to hoe.
